    Ease of use. I don't have to wait forever for it to start up. I can play games, read the newspaper, watch TV, surf the web at a moments notice. I don't have to hear a fan buzzing when it's on(like a laptop or desktop) and it fits well on my lap with no need for a table or mouse pad.

    The camera and photo (I consider them one) delight me. I have pictures of grandchildren, my quilts, my garden, ideas to rearrange things, old friends, videos of the tide coming in and toddlers on bikes, and so much more... I feel so fortunate to live in a time with such an interesting device.

    My favorite thing about iPad is that it never gets old or boring. I always have something to do with it.

    My favorite thing is that I am once more connected to the world. I was in a very bad accident in '04 and have been bed bound ever since. Before the accident I was doing my own hardware installations , some programming and teaching others how to use the software. I am not back to that level but in 1985 I dreamed of this! The iPad! And what do you know? It is here and giving me a quality of life I would not otherwise have.
    The best feature is the touch pad and versatility in accessibilities.
