Pocket Gamer reports that the sequel to the extremely addictive, very popular and fun arcade racing game Reckless Racing will be available to download from the App Store on February 2. The information comes courtesy of publisher Polarbit, in a Twitter reply to the Xperia Gamer website. According to Pocket Gamer, Reckless Racing 2 is expected to feature a full single-player campaign, longer and more perilous tracks, and several graphical enhancements, including new and improved car models. Apparently there will also be a brand new game mode, but Polarbit is keeping those details secret for now. They’re not being complete spoil sports, however, as they have also released a teaser trailer (see above), that would seem to indicate that Reckless Racing 2 will be very much like the original Reckless Racing, only more so! This can only be a good thing, especially if you’re a fan of old-school top-down arcade racers such as Micro Machines.
