AutoScroller is an interesting tweak that will allow you to automatically scroll your pages exactly like credits in a movie! This can help make it easier to read as well as removing the need to use your touch screen. Ever tried using an iDevice with non-static gloves? You can press your volume up or down to scroll in either direction or set your own Activator option. Three speeds are available in the settings; low, medium, high. You can find AutoScroller in the Cydia Store for Free under Big Boss.

Yes. You won't be able to do very much from the "hacking" section on iPF without jailbreak. It's very easy to do, just do some research in these forums. I did mine just the other day, and it is well worth it.
