well is their bandwidth they can do whatever they want, they just need diversificate their option to the customers, because not everybody have the same needs or tastes..!!

People are just naturally too greedy for a free market to work. Personally I think it's time for apple to ditch AT&T for good. But they won't because AT&T bows to them and they make way to much money off the phones. So AT&T decides to nickel and dime the customers for every little service. "just go buy a different service" well excuse me that I don't like the other other phones or tablets. This seems almost mute anyways because someone will outsmart them just like before and find a work around.

To ask the government to step in and regulate the company because you don't like the way they offer the product they are selling in a free market is exactly why the US is in the financial trouble it is. The government is not the answer - most of the time they are the problem.

Last heard Apple had added another carrier in the US - Verizon - based on the market demanding it...

Ncaissie, perhaps you might want to look up what "monopoly" means and get back to us. Your not understanding what a monopoly is seems to be at the root of why your counter-arguments sound so, well, I'll use your word - stupid.
