Here is a video contact to test video. After you add it to your contact list, check right under the name to make sure it is not in use when you want to try it

I had never used Skype before yesterday when I got the app for my iPad 2 and it works brilliantly. I want to be able to Skype my DD when she goes off to uni and this is perfect. I didn't have any problems loading it or getting it to work at all.

Excellent. It's a great app recently purchased by Microsoft. There seem to have been some changes in policy which relate to privacy, you will see these if you look around.
