Bolt Creative announced today that the previously iPad-exclusive Pocket God: Journey to Uranus is now a universal game following today’s Episode 4: Quantum Entanglement update, meaning that fans can now play the game on iPhone or iPod touch as well as iPad. Quantum Entanglement is actually the name of a new mini-game, which challenges players to guide their Pygmy through the vastness of outer space in a bid to find as many quantum anomalies as possible before time runs out. For each anomaly encountered, players will gain a small time bonus, giving them a boost towards finding the next rip in the continuum. Players will also have to take care to avoid being sucked into black holes while searching for their next quantum fix.

Developing for iOS remains our primary focus and, without a doubt, continues to provide us with a platform for success,” said Dave Castelnuovo, CEO of Bolt Creative. “Bringing Pocket God: Journey to Uranus to iPhone and iPod touch has been something we’ve wanted to do for a while. We’ve taken extra care to ensure that it runs and plays just as smoothly on the small screen as it does for iPad, and plan on continuing our tradition of offering unparalleled support for the new title by consistently providing the quality updates our franchise is known for.”
