Apple Alert - New Product Launch this week?

Apple Fans, get ready there may be a new Apple Product launching this week according to a recent post on BGR. Thursday will mark the 10 year anniversary of Apple's retail stores and it appears a celebration is in order, Apple style. So here's the scoop:
    • There’s an overnight shift planned for around 10-15 individuals at each Apple Store to work from late Saturday all the way through mid-Sunday.
    • During the overnight shift, it’s going to be required that employees lock cell phones in the main office. They will also have to sign an NDA with Apple.
    • There are a wide variety of roles, we’re told, for the overnight shift. This includes all visuals staff, a manager, a business team member, a few Genius team members, one back-of-house employee, and a few generic Apple specialists.
    • Apple stores have apparently already received hardware to install, and are expecting more hardware to come on Friday or Saturday. All materials that Apple stores have received have been instructed to be under lock and key until after close on Saturday night.
    • Apple employees will be putting up black curtains at all stores so that people walking outside cannot see inside.
    • Employees have had to download gigabytes of data from Apple corporate labeled, “training” in a password-protected zipped folder that won’t accessible to managers or anyone else until Saturday afternoon.
    • Lastly, all Apple retail stores have mandatory meetings on Sunday, May 22nd. Most meeting are scheduled for the morning, but there are evening meetings as well.

Any ideas what it could be?

Would love for it to be the new iPhone5.
I will then get my daughter's iPhone 3, since she is anxiously waiting for the new iPhone to be released.
Saying that, she thought the new phone wasn't coming out until the Fall.

No way to edit in this section, so to fix a typo:

Total revamp of iTunes and the App Store? In my dreams, lol.

It will probably be the cloud service, as Aspasia says.

It seems unlikely that it will be anything hardware based, so probably not a new iPad/iPod/iPhone/iMac/Macbook, as those tend to get announced beforehand. Apple would want to let consumers know beforehand, so that they get excited and will try to buy at launch day. I don't think Apple is at that stage, where people are willing to wait in line for an unknown product, or are they?

An updated MobileMe service would make sense.

I think just a new LOOK for the inside of all Apple Stores because it's been that way for almost 10 years. Probably going to add some COLOR! After being imitated several times over, it's time to hit the REFRESH button :-)
