multiple music apps and having any luck with sharing recordings beween apps?

Use GarageBand and isequence for example and want an easier way to share tracks I create between apps.
Ideas?

I've used ThumbJam with Multitrack DAW, using Audio Copy/Paste. Basically, two options on the iPad: either Audio Copy/Paste or Core MIDI and only some apps have either or both capabilities.
