GoDaddy iPad email only works on a few wifi networks???

So I just got a new high-stress, work intensive job and along with it came a GoDaddy email address.

I've noticed that I'm only able to send emails from the GoDaddy account when I'm on certain wifi networks (like the office or a local hotel where I work sometimes).....it won't send from my home wifi or even ones at friend's homes or other hotels when all my other emails work fine all the time.

It gives a variety of answers as to why they won't send....sometimes my outbox is rejected, sometimes the recipients inbox is rejected and sometimes it doesn't say anything at all.

(Side note: my old GoDaddy work acct works just fine all the time)
