I am a new user of iPad, generation 2. I am comfortable with it at the moment and usually can figure out a problem searching thru various sites or asking questions. However today I was helping a friend set up her iPad, she uses Wavecable under Starstream. e.g. Wave owns Starstream and her email address is "starstream" . I have not been able to get her email starstream address to work on her iPad. We spoke with a tech at Wave/Starstream, they gave us the proper info, no go.

I took a brief look around for the StarStream site, but did not find it, so I can't offer more specific help. However, this link is where I would have probably started to look after I knew more about StarStream.
