Sync outlook calenders?

Can anyone tell me why this wont work at all with iPad or iPhone?

How are you trying to Sync it?
My Outlook syncs to an Exchange server and my iPad and iPhone both Sync to that Exchange server.

You could also use iTunes to Sync to Outlook (on Windows) there is an Option to sync with Outlook.

Well I checked the boxes in iTunes to sync with outlook but nothing works
