So I have Absinthe 2.0.1 and I've come to believe it failed to jailbreak my device.
Using ipad 1 on iOS 5.1.1. It says it completed the jailbreak but I don't see the Cydia anywhere at all.
What am I doing wrong?

Use iTunes to do a factory 5.1.1 reset and re-jailbreak. fixed my issues

Have you done a search for Cydia in Spotlight? Sometimes, you can't see the icon on the springboard, but a search will find it. Good luck.Quote:

I think he's having an issue a lot of us had. I spent 2hrs and 4 different computers with 3 different OS's and found it required a iTunes factory iPad reset. Ok, got it done. Re-restored to 5.1.1 and got the jailbreak to work as it seems. ^_^
