All books and pics empty but moved to Caches

Hi anyone know the solution to this problem I installed an incompatible tweak to my iPad and it made my iPad go to safe mode them after That I found that all my media was gone, I panicked and searched for it with ifile and found it all to be in the Directory
/var/mobile/Library/Caches/Media/Books and Directory
/var/mobile/Library/Caches/Media/Dcim but I don't know how to get it from there to appear in my iBooks and camera roll.

I tried copy and paste the photo folder back to the original location but that did not help either :(
