According to me cydia will not jailbreak 4.3.5 as there are higher security certificates in 4.3.5 so it is better to upgrade to iOS 5 beta so that we can enjoy the new features of iOS 5 and also get a jailbreak by cydia very easily later by Cydia usually it takes 2 months for them to release a new jailbreak for them after any new firmware release...........
