new ipad email problem
Good morning all.
I've had a new ipad for a week now and the email still flumoxes me.
I have 2 email accounts set up and the tiscali one fails to send email on wifi. Incoming is fine. The outgoing server is on the smtp 02 server and is set up ok. Port id 25.
I understand that some networks don't allow email to be sent unless on their network...like it won't send emails over 02 unless on the 02 data plan.
How can I get round this please.
I've also had a new ipad ,but I didn't encounter with this problem.I hope I can help you ,but I can't solve this problem in fact.
I am closing this because it sounds like to are trying to circumvent a service provider's rules. We do not allow doing that.
