I was having problems and getting the ominous "not connected to Internet" message and I spent days looking for the answer and was virtually standing at the cliff's edge and this ludicrous idea popped up; "Why not contact my service providers support?" I did and went on their (Sympatico.ca) chat line and within. 15 minutes the had setup a new wifi network and I was off and flying...don,t ignore the simple solutions. Have a good one!
