This is how CIMO handles complaints!
I am taking most of the info out of this post (that was originally here) but would like to let everyone know that I had a legitimate complaint / gripe with CIMO regarding a case I bought that didn't fit. I also was not happy with their response to make things right - hence I posted a copy of my e-mail to CIMO regarding their solution.
Some of you may have read that e-mail. I take nothing back.
I do write now that CIMO has very promptly responded to my complaint with a satisfactory resolution. This is what a company should be about - and assuming that my replacement case from CIMO performs as it should, CIMO is back on my 'top 3 to check out' list.
