Is there a way to click and drag?

I'm trying to update my favorite teams on espn and it requires that I click and drag. Is there a command for this on safari for iOS?

Is there an edit option? That's where I usually see dragging options.

Not that I see. I guess I'm just wondering if there is an iPad equivalent to clicking and holding the mouse.
