Do you have to repurchase Apps?

I was having problems with Skyfire, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Did I just repurchase? Or is it unlimited installs?

Edit: Never mind, figured it out.

It is a $5 application. So it was repurchase , but with no cost. As long as it is done with the same account, you pay just one time .
