My iPad's Battery Life

I had my iPad 2 since 1 month and 5 day and one of my biggest worries is my iPad's battery life :)
I have read all the posts related to this issue on this forum and on the web probably ;)
But still I can't get the best way to charge my iPad
From what I read I usually let my iPad drain till 10 % and then recharge it till 100%
Is that the best way to charge the iPad ?
My iPad's battery life is 97.52 % and it's have be through 28 charge cycles ;)
I usually charge my iPad every day and I think it's not giving me the 10 hours battery life it's drain too fast though I have costimixe my notifications, brightness and Bluetooth
So guys do you recommend any other way for doing this ?
