Hi I am a new user of the ipad2 and I would want to know how to download pictures from PC to the iPad

Welcome to the neighborhood.....

If you haven't clicked those links, the easiest ways to do it is to

a) email the pictures to yourself, then open them on the iPad
b) create a folder on your pc for the pictures you want on your iPad, and when your iPad is plugged into said PC, click the "photos" tab that appears in iTunes and sync said folder.
