Is there a way that we can connect LAN cable to iPad?
Is there a converter?
The iPad can connect via WiFi or 3G only. If you only have a cable LAN then you need a wireless access point or router that you can plug that RJ-45 cable into - something like Apple's Airport Express.
It's simply not possible to connect the iPad to the Internet via a wired connection.

If I not wrong, there is a USB for iPad.
Will it work if I use the LAN to USB converter - USB to iPad port
Driver will have issue right?
It will not work. Use either WIFI or 3G. No converters, no wired connections.
I found myself in a hotel room with Ethernet only recently and Airport Express filled the gap quite nicely.
I have since used a plug computer (DreamPlug) to extend this concept to gain access to 2 x Ethernet ports, an SD card slot, 2 x USB ports and an eSATA port.
In other words, wireless is a gateway to additional physical IO for the iPad.
