Missing App Store !

For some strange and unexplained reason my icon for the App store has completely disappeared.
I'm guessing it's been accidentally deleted by my son (he always gets the blame) but I can't find it anywhere.
I tried searching for it in the search facility but nothing came up.
Is there any way of reinstalling it without doing a system restore?

Check your settings app to see if "restrictions" have been enabled......

Check to see if a restriction was placed on the App Store. If it has, the icon is not visable. I had disabled when the grandsons were using my iPad
