Right so I got a new app when I tried to download an update for it, it said unable to Download application but whenever I try to press Done or Retry nothing happens. The other parts of the screen aren't working either so I can't turn it off or anything
It didn't the only part of the Screen that is currently working is the done and the Retry ones
Did you try re-setting the iPad and then starting the download and update again? Re-set is hold the home and sleep button until the apple appears. This often clears hung-up processes.
Thanks Czevski that worked I didn't know you could turn off an iPad without using the screen :D
