I need help with my ipad 2 :S

im won the ipad2 on eBay for what I though was a good deal as it needed a new digitizer and possibly a new lcd which i don't think would be too bad to repair,as i've had many iphones 3gs,4 apart.When it turned up i take the broken screen and lcd to find everything inside was covered in like a white powder,I was thinking many the battery had corroded or water damaged.I dont really know what to do it doest turn on or connect to the computer,and as it was sold as spares and repair.

also there was a wire broken inside looks like an antenna?

really don't know what to do,really hope the logic board isn't busted :(

Looks a bit of a mess. The nosey part of me wants to know how much you paid? ( you don't need to answer that by the way )

From the pics it doesn't look like it should have even been sold as "for parts".
