Video's app not working
My name is Robert and I have an Ipad2 since a couple of months. Since three weeks, during a trip in China, suddenly my standard video's app on the Ipad does not work anymore.
When I start the app its shows only a black screen. I tried to sinc it with my pc and deleted most movies, but no result.
Anyone an idea??
When you have problems with an app it's a good idea to close it.
Close: With the problem app closed, double tap on the Home button to get the multitask bar. Tap and hold on any icon in the bar until they jiggle, then tap the minus sign on the problem app. This will remove it from RAM and insure a clean start the next time you launch the app.
If that does not work try a restart,
Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.
and then a reset if that does not work.
Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.

Well, make sure that you did the 'reset' option correctly; if so, an older thread HERE might provide some help?

I hooked it up at Itunes again and try to restore the Ipad. I got the message; ERROR 3194
I have read the other thread, but mine problem is a bit differend since I have a complete black screen. Thanks anyway for the reply
OK, I downladed the latest Itunes version, than put the latest IOS on the Ipad and now it works again.
