I would expect you could print to a wireless air printer, I'll move this to the correct place were it will hopefully get more eyes on it.
Good luck in finding a solution

My HP printer is AirPrint friendly, but I don't know where to find any print settings on th iPad2. Before I buy Pages, could someone please explain how to check that this iPad is seeing the new printer?
Many thanks from an old idiot.
You could buy a mobile wifi adapter and create a network and providing the printer is compatible with AirPrint all will be fine. You do require a wifi. Network for it to work

My iPad 2 was air printing fine to an HP 3520a, up to yesterday. Now a message appears saying "sending to printer", but the. It disappears and nothing happens.
Have checked that the printer network is ok by printing wirelessly from a laptop.
Anyone know how I can isolate the problem?
