So, here's the resolution of my ticket with GI over the altimeter not being included in a set when they said it would be:
"I would like to thank you for informing our team of the bug that is currently being investigated by our specialists. We appreciate your support in helping us to make the game better and I want to appraise you initiative and give you a bonus in the amount of 2 banknotes for all support provided."
They basically gave me back the 2$ they took from me in the first place and they still haven't fixed the problem. At least I got my $ back! Just don't believe them when they say that something is in a set. Look at it as something MAY be in the set.
