I'm also having trouble with the black wraiths. I got a cystallball and used it, all my wraiths disappeared, I wen to neighbours, they had black wraiths which I attacked, but none showing on my quest counter.

Nwb2007, I think transmitter and frames can only be received for flights not gifts. ...at least you don't HAVe to buy them like shampoo.

I had the same trouble. The quest says banish black wraiths from your airport so I guess they don't count if you banish neighbors. CLEARLY, this is another GI glitch because the Soul Net crystal brings the wraiths to neighbors airports but not yours. I saw only one black wraith at my airport but neighbors showed 5 or 6.

I'm sending in a support ticket, and suggest you all do too.

How'd you get the halloween shop? What do you need to do that?

Just worked it out - I have three halloween house now for those that are interested.

I used the "Soul Net" which last six minutes, and in that time, two black wraiths appeared. So if you need 30 of these suckers to complete 60 banishings, it's just insane - I suspect, Lilly's correct - just another GI balls up. They royally screwed the pooch in Big Business with their Halloween quest, and pulled the plug on it within 24 hours after people's trucks starting disappearing from the game.

Given the in-app fees GI charge, these games should be faultless, and they are far from that.

Update: While typing this, with no "Soul Net" activated, one more black wraith showed which seems to indicate that the "Soul Net" is completely useless.
