You cannot download software onto the iPad directly. You have to go through the App Store.
Did you try looking there?

I think too, though I may be wrong, (I usually am...
)that this is the SDK for developing Adobe AIR apps. There is nothing to download onto the iPad. AIR is iPad compatible, but you have to develop the app using the Adobe SDK.
